This course deals with the fundamental skills of a Industrial Automation Technician that will aide them to be as efficient and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Hands on activities that involves the basic of electronics and electrical technology is combined in this subject to provide the students the sufficient learning and to enhance their practical skills in different field of technologies. 

This course deals with the study of the operation, design, function and applications of various pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic elements commonly used in industry. It presents  the  different symbols and explains how they are used in schematic diagrams according to the ISO Standard. Sufficient time is allocated for  hands-on exercises to achieve hook-up and troubleshooting skills.
