 Discussion Room Facilities 

Usage Rules

1. The discussion room is available for use to all bonafide students, faculty and staff of MFI.

2. The discussion room is limited to a minimum of 3 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.

3. Use of the room is on a first come first served basis. Patrons may make prior reservation by personally informing the librarians.

4. Use of the room is limited to one hour only. Extension may be considered subject to the room’s availability.

5. Patrons shall be held liable for damages, and/or losses caused by negligent use of the facility.

6. The following are prohibited inside the discussion room:

6.1. Eating

6.2. Sleeping

6.3. Playing cards, board games, online or phone games

6.34 Leaving personal belongings unattended

6.4. Bringing in of bags, additional chairs and other pieces of furniture.

7. The Library reserves the right to approve/disapprove use of discussion room.
