This Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) II is a sequel to NSTP-CWTS I. it is designed to immerse/integrate students in activities that will arm them with the capability to contribute in the upliftment of the general welfare and the quality of life of the community and the enhancement of its facilities especially those that are devoted o improving the health, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morale of the citizens.

The institution as mandated by the Law which is the Republic Act No. 9163 which is “National Service Training Program” is obliged to comply with its objectives and one of this is the "Community Immersion Program” during the second semester after the NSTP I (theories) in the first semester.
