SQL is the universal language of data — and Microsoft Excel is one of the world's most widely used tools for working with that data. This course bridges the gap between the two, teaching intermediate Excel users how to write and execute SQL queries to import, filter, join, and aggregate data from relational databases directly inside their spreadsheets.

Participants will progress from foundational SELECT statements through multi-table JOINs, subqueries, and live database connections. By course end, learners will be capable of replacing complex nested formulas with concise SQL, building refreshable data pipelines with Power Query, and producing dynamic executive dashboards powered by live SQL data sources.
