AI Essentials is a beginner-friendly short course that introduces the general public to practical, everyday uses of free artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Designed for office workers, homemakers, and anyone without a technical background, the course focuses on hands-on skills rather than theory: writing emails, planning meals and budgets, designing simple posters, translating messages, and staying safe from AI misuse. All tools used are available on a free tier, so participants can continue using what they learn at no cost after the course ends.
